My Journey

I've lived and worked in Japan for many years, building my career in an international environment and developing a deep respect for Japanese culture, business practice, and the importance of doing things properly. Before starting Sky Lift Network, I spent more than 14 years working in education in Japan — an experience that taught me something now invaluable in business: how to communicate with people from every background, listen carefully, understand what they truly need, and build relationships grounded in mutual respect.

I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Brigham Young University–Hawaii, which gave me a strong foundation in technology, problem-solving, and working across cultures. Over time, my interest in automobiles and international business grew into a clear vision: to connect the quality and value of Japanese vehicles with customers overseas. That vision became Sky Lift Network.

Why Sky Lift Network?

Japan is known around the world for the quality, reliability, and care built into its vehicles. Yet buying one from overseas can feel complicated — auctions to navigate, auction sheets to decode, paperwork to manage, payments to arrange, and international shipping to coordinate. Our goal at SLN is to make that process simple, transparent, and dependable. You should feel confident about who you're doing business with, and understand exactly what you're purchasing, before you ever make a decision. That is why five principles guide everything we do.

More Than a Vehicle

A vehicle exported from Japan is more than a product. For many customers it's a significant investment — a family vehicle, a business asset, a work truck, or something they've wanted for a long time. I understand that. It's why I want every customer who works with SLN to feel there is a real person behind the business who cares about getting things right. My approach is simple: do business honestly, communicate clearly, treat people with respect, and deliver the quality we would expect ourselves.

Looking Ahead

Sky Lift Network is still a growing company, but our ambition is far bigger than simply exporting vehicles. We're building a trusted international automotive business from Japan — one that customers can approach with confidence and partners can rely on. As we grow, I want SLN to be known not only for the vehicles we export, but for the way we do business. Technology and markets will keep changing, but some things never should: honesty, quality, responsibility, respect, and keeping your word.
